General terms of sale — partners
Version of 27 October 2026. They apply to any professional holding a partner account or subscribing to a paid plan.
1. Purpose
Just for Diplomats connects diplomats on mission and their families with selected professionals. The partner has a presentation sheet, the possibility to publish ads and, depending on their plan, featured placements.
The service constitutes neither a guarantee of turnover nor a recommendation: no obligation of result is undertaken.
2. Admission
Opening a partner account is subject to acceptance of an application. Just for Diplomats freely assesses the activity, seriousness and suitability with its community, and may refuse without having to justify its decision.
3. Plans and prices
- Showcase — 49 € per month
- Showcase Premium — 99 € per month
- Partner — 199 € per month
- One-off featuring — 15 € for seven days
- Pack of five photos — 9 €
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included. Setup fees, if applicable, are indicated before any payment. The Prestige partner benefits from a free period whose end date is communicated to them in writing.
4. Duration and termination
Plans are monthly, with no commitment period. The partner may cancel at any time from their space or by writing to info@justfordiplomats.com; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, without pro-rata refund.
5. Published content
The partner guarantees that they hold the rights to the texts, photos and brands they publish, and that their ads are accurate. Prohibited are: misleading content, solicitations unrelated to the declared activity, and any offer contrary to the law.
Just for Diplomats may remove without notice any content that is manifestly unlawful or contrary to these terms, and suspend the account after informing the partner.
6. Behaviour and data
The partner undertakes not to solicit members outside the channels provided by the service, not to collect their contact details for purposes other than responding to a request, and not to resell or transmit the information obtained. The partner account gives access neither to the members’ directory, nor to the address book, nor to exchanges between members.
7. Availability
The service is provided as is, with an objective of reasonable availability. Interruptions for maintenance may occur; they do not give rise to compensation.
8. Liability
The liability of Just for Diplomats is limited, in any event, to the amount of the sums paid by the partner during the last twelve months.
9. Applicable law
These terms are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
